Out of work, laid off, need more education? The Bethel College Adult Studies in Elkhart will host a college/education fair in connection with the Bristol and Middlebury Public Libraries.  The event will take place on March 25th, 2010 at the Middlebury Public Library, 101 East Winslow St., in Middlebury, Indiana.  Times will be from 1:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M.  The purpose of the fair is to help heighten the awareness of education and training in Elkhart County and the outlying areas.  Representatives from local colleges, trade schools, GED, National Guard and WorkOne will be there, with a total of 15 participants.  For more information, contact Cindy Ward at Bethel College in Elkhart at 574-293-2059 or toll free at 866-515-8964.

An Easter Cantata

An Easter Cantata being sung by the Hillcrest Cornerstone Choir. Hillcrest United Methodist Church of Elkhart, will be presenting, “When I Survey the Wondrous Cross.” A live orchestra will accompany the choir. Saturday, March 27, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. at Hillcrest United Methodist Church.

Dog Walk planned

Dog Walk planned for June The Bristol Homecoming Scholarship Pageant will be sponsoring the First Annual Canine Classic Dog Walk and Fun Show on June 5.  We are planning some exciting events, including a costume contest, and tricks, along with the dog walk.
